Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Marketing Specialist to amplify our message, energize our brand, and take our campaigns to the next level.

• Lead the creation of visually stunning, user-friendly web pages and landing pages aligned with Clear Star branding.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web.
• Analyze campaign data to maximize engagement, performance, and ROI.
• Craft compelling written and visual content for email, social media, newsletters, and other communications.
• Take ownership of our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring trends, and responding to interactions.
• Collaborate with executives to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life on time and on budget.
• Support cross‑functional projects that drive lead generation, sales enablement, and brand growth.

• 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Word Press/HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hub Spot.
• Solid experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and visual content creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and campaign automation is a plus.
• Experience in B2B software or background screening industries is preferred.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise‑ and distraction‑free with reliable and secure high‑speed internet (at least 75

You are comfortable analyzing data as well as designing graphics or writing headlines. You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and care about making a difference. You have the discipline, setup, and mindset to work remotely.
