The Marketing Specialist supports integrated marketing efforts by creating, managing, and optimizing digital and content-driven marketing initiatives. This role combines responsibilities across content creation, digital platforms, websites, campaigns, analytics, and marketing systems to strengthen brand awareness, engage customers, and support business objectives across Liebherr USA, Co. divisions.
Responsibilities- Participate in the planning and implementation of integrated marketing and digital strategies across multiple channels.
- Create, research, and write compelling marketing content for digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, social media, press releases, sales tools, and events while ensuring compliance with corporate brand standards.
- Manage and optimize website content, structure, and performance including CMS administration; staging and publishing landing pages; and performing ad-hoc updates.
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns including list management, segmentation, landing‑page integration, and performance reporting.
- Plan, develop, and maintain social media and display advertising campaigns, including editorial calendars and performance measurement.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical and content optimization, analytics review, and usability improvements.
- Track, analyze, and report performance of digital campaigns, website analytics, PPC initiatives, and market trends.
- Collaborate with product specialists, divisional stakeholders, sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external partners within a centralized marketing alignment model to prioritize work and deliver consistent multi‑channel campaigns.
- Prepare and manage digital assets including images, rich media, metadata, and quality assurance within digital asset management systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and promotional events.
- Provide guidance and support on marketing systems such as SharePoint and company CMS platforms.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support campaign development and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Web Design, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with SEO, email marketing, digital campaigns, content management systems, and analytics is required. SharePoint and CMS experience is preferred.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% - 30% of the time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
- This is an on‑site position eligible to work from home 1 day/week.
