TITLE: Marketing Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for executing marketing initiatives, including marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, marketing analytics, and sales reporting. This position will analyze marketing and sales performance data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support business decisions and assist with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of marketing campaign development and execution
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
  • Experience with sales reporting and performance tracking
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and business growth
  • Manage social media content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms
  • Develop marketing content, including promotional materials, digital assets, and communications
  • Conduct marketing analytics and sales performance reporting
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze campaign and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
  • Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events, including logistics, planning, and vendor coordination
  • Arrange business travel related to trade shows, events, and marketing activities as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing projects
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO IN THIS POSITION
  • This is a hybrid position, with a combination of in‑office and remote work based on business needs
  • Occasional travel is required for trade shows, exhibitions, and business events
  • Fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
