Position:
Paid Media Specialist (Search First)

We're currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search) and strong working knowledge of paid social platforms - particularly Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and confident managing multiple campaigns across diverse verticals.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategize, build, and optimize Google Search campaigns (primary focus).
  • Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
  • Launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) as needed.
  • Perform audits, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong emphasis on Search
    .
  • Hands‑on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and Quality Score.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
    , Google Analytics
    , and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ROI‑driven strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with ease.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative testing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and familiarity with Linked In Ads.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis tools.
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets and identifying actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to conduct audits and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing and creative thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with landing page best practices and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience with You Tube or Linked In Ads.
  • Experience in a white‑label agency or with client communication.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

This position begins with a short contract period (approximately 2–4 weeks) to ensure alignment and provide both parties an opportunity to evaluate the partnership. Upon successful completion, the role transitions into a full‑time position.

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
