This fully remote role is ideal for proactive, detail-focused professionals fluent in Portuguese and Spanish who thrive in multicultural environments. You'll drive global marketing projects, support product launches, and organize world-class events, directly shaping the international impact of BD's innovative healthcare solutions.
[Responsibilities]
- Execute global product strategy by supporting product launches, lifecycle management, and cross-functional project delivery
- Develop and coordinate high-impact marketing and sales enablement assets, ensuring regional adaptation, compliance, and brand consistency
- Manage internal approval workflows and maintain centralized repositories of marketing collateral
- Organize logistics and execution for global congresses, educational initiatives, and key international events
- Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing operations, aligning teams on messaging, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness in global marketing execution
- Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and agency partners to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or event planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience supporting global or cross-regional marketing operations
- Familiarity with best-in-class reporting tools and data analysis (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with international contact center teams or vendors
- Background in medical technology, healthcare, or B2B marketing environments
