• Own a portfolio of clients as their go-to marketing partner
• Build and run seasonal campaigns around peak trading periods
• Set up, monitor & optimize paid advertising (Meta & similar platforms)
• Report on performance & translate results into clear, actionable next steps
• Spot growth opportunities early & take ownership of client success

• Bonus/commission potential on top (details TBD)
• Hybrid role — work from home with office check-ins every two weeks

• Experience managing marketing across multiple channels (social, paid, email, web)
• Comfortable owning client or stakeholder relationships
• Hands‑on with Meta Ads Manager, email platforms & website CMS tools
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple clients at once
• Bonus points for experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality or agency-side work
