This is an in‑office position in our Hatfield, PA office (with one day of remote work per week).
Role mission
The role will develop and deliver local marketing activities that support the local sales organization by creating demand (leads) that help acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and drive revenue growth. The specialist will develop a deep understanding of the local ecosystem—including the channel and field priorities—to help define a local marketing plan, including channel marketing plans aligned with growth objectives.
The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing manager, local sales, channel sales, and the global marcom team to design integrated campaigns for the local market. These campaigns include co‑marketing activities with channel partners and are supported from creation to completion. The role will constantly interact with local sales teams and channel partners, participating regularly in team calls, in‑person meetings, and planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the budget and marketing planning for the year, including co‑marketing plan development for channel partners
Plan resources and control the budget
Develop and implement local marketing activities according to corporate guidelines and aligned with local sales plans
Generate qualified end‑customer leads through marketing campaigns
Manage and evaluate campaigns using the CRM system
Serve as touchpoint for local media and develop a media plan, including social media activities
Constantly monitor campaigns, ensure budget alignment, and verify ROI in collaboration with the marketing manager
Support trade shows, fairs, and events, and provide on‑site representation as needed
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field of study.
Primary language:
Fluent in English.
Years of experience:
Minimum five years of marketing and team‑management experience in North America, ideally within a multinational company.
Specific Knowledge and Information Technology
Proven expertise in developing tailored solution messaging across diverse target personas and communication channels—including email campaigns, social media, trade‑show collateral, and digital advertisements—to drive engagement and conversion.
Proven ability to co‑develop strategic marketing plans with external partners and deliver campaigns.
Experience delivering comprehensive reports that measure ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.
Experience creating content for various assets (brochures, flyers, social media posts, customer presentations, etc).
Understanding of how to drive business and marketing in the field and through the channel ecosystem.
Experience operating in a B2B environment with high‑tech products or services.
Demonstrated experience cooperating with the sales team.
Creative thinking, problem solving, and a bias for action.
Motivated marketer who thrives in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
Analytical tendencies, curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to achieve the best results.
Team player.
Project management skills, including leading and executing projects and providing constructive pushback to sales when necessary.
Strong communication abilities, recognizing internal and external stakeholders to maintain status and progress of marketing activities.
Strong organizational skills, maintaining details and tracking rebates & ROI.
Familiarity with MS Dynamics/Office (preferred).
Other Information & Specific Skills
Passion for technology, understanding of sales‑driven systems, and B2B marketing experience. Willingness to travel to meet sales leaders, partners, attend events, and support the sales team.
