About The Role
The Senior Marketer, Global Print Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive print e‑store revenue growth. This role operates within a collaborative campaign planning team supporting multiple global markets and requires strategic thinking and strong execution. The position owns the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and prioritization through execution and performance reporting, while partnering cross‑functionally to ensure consistent and high‑quality delivery.

- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue goals.
- Own the campaign lifecycle including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with paid media teams for search, display, and social campaign activation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets and briefs.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate monthly reporting with actionable insights.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns and e‑commerce experience.
- Identify best‑in‑class e‑commerce functionality and recommend corresponding website updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Partner cross‑functionally across marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign execution, reporting, and ideation.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns including email and paid media.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and e‑commerce journeys.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in cross‑functional and matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
