Senior Affiliates Manager

SoFi’s Affiliate Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager to expand our affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals, focusing on the “Relay Credit Score Monitoring and Financial Insights” product, Small Business Loans, and Protect (Life and Auto Insurance) product.

• Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day‑to‑day operations of managing affiliate partners and relationships
• Optimize and develop affiliate programs and strategically grow affiliate accounts
• Develop, close, and grow affiliate partnerships, optimizing from lead to revenue through negotiations and data‑driven actions
• Build relationships proactively and self‑motivatedly
• Use data to guide optimization decisions on campaign strategies, placements, and creative
• Scale volume efficiently using data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel
• Analyze data, optimize performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend ways to increase affiliate‑generated revenues
• Develop affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
• Collaborate with Business Unit, Growth Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to achieve goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that supports growth and long‑term success

• 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing
• 7+ years of overall experience in the field (including leadership roles)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations for affiliate programs
• Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing and scaling partnerships or performance campaigns
• Experience with data reporting and affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Tableau, Impact, Snowflake)
• Adept at thriving in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Finance industry experience is a plus

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location.
