Project Growth is hiring a Remote Marketing Assistant to help drive brand visibility, content creation, and digital engagement. The role works from anywhere and supports a mission‑driven wellness brand, offering growth in performance marketing, social media, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Social Media & Content Scheduling- Manage content calendars across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube & Pinterest
- Schedule posts using automation tools and ensure brand consistency
- Implement short‑form video trends and visual storytelling strategies
- Design graphics using Canva, Cap Cut, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Edit and repurpose video content for reels, stories, and ads
- Write compelling captions and CTAs aligned with brand voice
- Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution
- Launch integrated marketing initiatives (email, social, influencer)
- Track performance using Klaviyo and social analytics tools
- Respond to DMs, comments, and messages
- Support influencer outreach and brand partnerships
- Develop tactics to boost engagement and loyalty
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Canva, Cap Cut, Figma
, or similar tools - Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with eCommerce, DTC, or startup brands
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and tone
- Familiarity with Web Kul, Zapier, Shopify, or automation tools
- SEO knowledge (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
- Monthly Pay – $1,500–$2,000 USD
