Position: Advertising and Promotions Manager – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $25–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising strategies, promotional programs, and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative advertising solutions.
• Develop, review, and refine advertising copy, scripts, layouts, and multimedia content aligned with brand standards.
• Apply advertising expertise to train and improve AI systems focused on campaign strategy and creative execution.
• Facilitate communication with media partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on advertising trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Professional experience in advertising, promotions management, or related marketing leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creative tools, and analytics.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
