The marketing team plays an exciting role in these efforts, both propelling our mission forward and telling its story. We are looking for Fall
2026 and Spring
2027 interns who want to grow their knowledge of marketing and communications while making an impact.
- Participate in regular team meetings and stand‑ups, gaining experience in an Agile work environment.
- Develop a comprehensive storytelling project, including internal and external communications and multimedia production.
- Help with graphic design tasks using Adobe Creative Cloud, creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Support website management efforts, including content updates and basic optimization tasks.
- Contribute to video production projects, from conceptualization to editing and post‑production.
- Provide copywriting and editing support for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
- Help with digital asset management, managing our media library.
- Collaborate with team members on presentation design for internal and external use.
- Gain exposure to community affairs and corporate citizenship programs.
- Gain exposure to customer experience and user experience projects, such as research and UX writing.
- Gain exposure to the workers' compensation industry and how marketing and communications drive business impact.
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree as an incoming Junior or Senior in marketing, communications, digital media, public relations, or similar area of study.
- Provide samples of your work or a link to your portfolio or website.
- Have strong writing and editing skills.
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and After Effects.
Duration: 24 weeks (Falland Spring internship) to begin September8,2026.
Location:
Austin,TX; in‑person; potential for limited remote work later in the internship.
Hours:
20 hours per week (flexible).
Compensation: $26.00 per hour.
Benefits are not included with internship positions.
