The Manager, Social Media Engagement leads Allstate's social engagement strategy, building brand affinity through meaningful, real-time interactions and opportunities in social culture. This role owns end-to-end engagement operations, turning social conversations into brand opportunities and safeguarding Allstate through effective monitoring, response and escalation.

- Modernize engagement through new technology
- Turn social listening into actionable insights that shape strategy and decision-making
- Lead always-on, proactive engagement that meets consumers in cultural and brand moments
- Oversee community management and escalation workflows for reputational risks, protecting the brand in real time
- Guide the team to deliver authentic, on-brand interactions via scalable frameworks
- Serve as day-to-day partner to the in-house editorial team and creative agency to bring engagement to life
- Act as subject matter expert for Sprinklr across listening, engagement and reporting
- Leverage new technology to improve speed, quality and scale
- Ensure data quality and governance standards
- Mine opportunities using tools including Sprinklr, Plot and Meltwater
- Identify trends, risks and engagement moments to inform action
- Deliver clear, concise reporting on themes, insights and business impact
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Foster accountability, strong judgment and a culture of continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in social media-focused roles, particularly those that involved building a strong social community
- Hands on experience with enterprise social platforms and listening tools;

- Strong understanding of social platforms, culture and reputation dynamics
- Ability to translate listening data into clear, actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
- Clear, concise communicator and collaborative partner
- Curiosity and fluency in emerging social technologies
