Job SummaryThe Marketing Assistant will work closely with leadership and the go-to-market team to manage marketing deliverables, outbound campaigns, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to learn, dependable in execution, and comfortable working across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities- Create and publish weekly newsletters, monthly product updates, and social posts
- Design marketing materials (blog images, social media graphics, flyers)
- Manage and maintain the company blog and social media accounts
- Execute outbound email and Linked In campaigns with guidance from leadership
- Track and report on marketing efforts and experiments
- Review product signups, classify product-qualified leads (PQLs), and manage outreach/follow-ups
- Assist with CRM management and data entry
- Provide operational support (scheduling, ordering materials, general admin tasks)
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, assistance, or sales operations
- Hands-on experience with outbound campaigns and digital marketing (including paid media)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and motivated to learn
- Familiarity with marketing, CMS, or design tools is a plus
- Experience in a technology company, preferably a startup or high-growth environment, highly preferred
- Competitive hourly pay ($30–$50/hour)
