Position: Contract Panel Marketing Associate

We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic B2B Marketing Associate
to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about strategizing and driving B2B marketing activities, solving complex problems, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, this role is perfect for you!

The right candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment of businesses for studies based on niche client requirements, growing our B2B panel community, quantifying results, living a "test and learn" mentality, and recommending automation. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who identifies needs and finds solutions. You will work cross-functionally to understand study requirements and target audiences, and then use your expertise to drive successful recruitment outcomes.

This is a 100% remote 3-month contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and implement
    top-tier B2B research participant acquisition methods across all owned and paid channels to recruit new usability research participants. This includes growing our B2B panelist database generally, plus acquiring participants based on specific study requirements.
  • Track and analyze
    performance and spend by channel for each study and adjust strategies as needed to meet recruitment goals.
  • Leverage A/B testing
    to "test and learn," optimizing campaigns and using insights to inform future approaches.
  • Develop
    long-term panel growth and maintenance strategies.
  • Qualify
    respondents into study participants using a variety of methods to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Ensure
    participants are onboarded properly by providing thorough instructions.
  • Drive communications
    with our community through email, help content, and social media.
  • Work closely
    with the product and engineering teams to continuously improve the panelist recruiting and onboarding experience.
  • Identify
    opportunities for automation to streamline existing processes.
  • Process and track
    participant incentives for each study.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
    (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within a marketing automation platform (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Experience advertising across organic and paid channels.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment, marketing, or social media marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Comfort working in a frequently changing, often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience recruiting people to participate in events or research studies.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, and/or other graphic design tools.
  • Experience using analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • History of supporting user experience research, market research, and/or working with technical teams.
  • A collaborative and excited team.
