Strategist; North America

Fight or Flight is looking for a Strategist to join our expanding creative team — someone who blends sharp thinking with a love for storytelling, insight, and bold ideas.

Fight or Flight is a fast-growing integrated communications agency that helps B2B brands deliver greater business impact. Our services include everything from media relations, social media, content creation, research and insights, sustainability advisory, to account-based marketing.

Our North American-based Fight or Flighters (“Foffers” for short) typically work remotely. Although we are remote-first, we come together regularly as a team for in-person meet‑ups.

You’ll be the strategic engine behind some of our most exciting client work, helping to uncover audience insights, sharpen brand positioning, and inspire ideas that push the boundaries of earned‑first creativity. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, PR, and digital teams across markets to deliver campaigns that cut through culture and deliver business results.

• Partner with creative, PR, and account teams to develop campaign strategies rooted in insight, data, and cultural relevance.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, inspiring creative briefs.
• Conduct and synthesize audience, market, and competitor research — turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in EMEA and North America across projects.
• Present strategy work to clients with clarity, confidence, and storytelling flair.
• Contribute to new business pitches, thought leadership, and agency IP development.
• Support brand positioning projects, audience segmentation, and message architecture development.

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy, brand planning, or integrated communications (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Comfortable moving between brand, comms, and creative strategy — and passionate about how ideas earn attention.
• A natural storyteller who can make data and insight feel human and motivating.
• Collaborative, curious, and happy to get stuck into a fast‑moving environment.
• A depth of experience in B2B specific work strongly preferred.
