* The Role:

* We are seeking a motivated  
** Social Commerce Intern
** to support our Tik Tok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social commerce and e-commerce. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency management, and affiliate management, all within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Tik Tok Shop Support:*
* Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for Tik Tok Shop US. Monitoring and reporting on performance.

** Data Analysis:*
* Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and reporting.

** Event Planning:*
* Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.

** Agency Management:*
* Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met.

** Affiliate Management:*
* Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Familiarity with Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and major social commerce platforms

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

* Education Requirements:

** Candidates should be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program and entering into their Junior (3rd) year.

** Compensation:
** This position offers an hourly rate typically between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour commensurate to experience.
