Job Summary
This hybrid role is based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of the brand’s integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy.
- Support briefing processes with managers for external communication agencies and execute brand activities such as media plans, consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, PR programs, event marketing, and direct marketing.
- Lead the execution of day-to-day operational activities, including brand volume forecasting and brand financial plans.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the market, product categories, channels, and the business environment in which the brands compete.
- Lead business and operational activities such as business tracking, competitive tracking, inventory-based changes, displays, promotional or bonus packs, alternative channels, and interactions with Consumer Services.
- BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in CPG, OTC, or cosmetics.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in category analysis and forecasting.
- Familiarity with consumer research tools such as Nielsen or IRI data.
- Strong project-management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal).
US base salary range: $71,000-$131,700. Position also eligible for a bonus.

Actual base pay will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographic location, and internal pay parity.
