HubSpot, Public Relations & Email Marketing Apprentice

Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!

We are a dynamic team focused on growing our brand and client outreach through smart marketing strategies. We’re looking for a motivated apprentice to gain hands‑on experience in Hub Spot, public relations, and email marketing while contributing to real campaigns.

The program is a 3‑month remote internship
, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

• It’s (100%) fully remote position and offers flexibility in schedule.
• You’ll have clear goals and the training resources you need to deliver.
• Access our free courses on the platform that you can finish at your own pace.
• 1 to 2 hours of mentorship every week.
• Issued certification upon successfully completing the program.
• Boost your portfolio and grow your professional network
• Get to utilize and elevate your digital marketing skills in real projects
• You have a high chance of being hired by your mentor during or after the apprenticeship, depending on your performance.

• Assist in managing and updating Hub Spot CRM, including contact lists, workflows, and reporting.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Help with public relations efforts, such as drafting press releases, media lists, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements.

• Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
• Interest or experience in public relations and media outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
