Lead Social Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a Lead Social Marketing Strategist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of basketball and social media platforms to create compelling content. This role requires a flexible schedule, including potential evening shifts during games.
Location:
Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays, and can work from home on Fridays)
- Develop and execute creative content direction for social media platforms such as Instagram and X.
- Create engaging content based on live basketball games and events.
- Collaborate with the global digital marketing team.
- Drive projects forward and ensure timely delivery of marketing content.
Experience:
A minimum of 8 - 9+ years of relevant experience is required.
- In-depth understanding of basketball.
- Demonstrated experience in creative direction and content writing for social media.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and X.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude to advance work independently.
- A resume that includes a link to a Linked In profile and a portfolio of work is required for consideration.
