About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, this is a highly visible role supporting marketing performance, local brand management, and community outreach across our New Jersey and Florida locations.
The role blends creativity, analytics, and operational execution to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand visibility, and support team culture. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, analytics, partnerships, and business development within a fast‑growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining online brand profiles across Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and other local listings
- Updating marketing dashboards and tracking campaign performance across markets
- Supporting local SEO, review management, and online reputation initiatives
- Managing social media content, including technician field content and recruiting/culture posts
- Coordinating local community outreach, sponsor ships, and events
- Building relationships with schools, community organizations, property managers, HOAs, and local partners
- Supporting internal marketing initiatives and team engagement programs
- Assisting leadership with reporting, growth initiatives, and special projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Google products
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus
