Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience in communication development (5+ years)
• Experience translating complex, technical business inputs into clear, audience‑specific communication materials
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder review cycles while maintaining message consistency across channels
• Experience using communication metrics to refine strategies and improve future deliverables
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or corporate enterprise environments
• Four‑year college degree

• Lead end‑to‑end development of communication materials, from initial concept through final delivery
• Manage planning, creation, review, and distribution of internal and external communications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and translate business objectives into clear messaging
• Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives supporting company programs, projects, and announcements
• Ensure all communications meet brand, messaging, and regulatory requirements while maintaining clarity and quality
• Oversee project timelines to deliver accurate, on‑schedule communication materials
• Track, analyze, and report communication metrics while recommending process improvements for greater effectiveness
