Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, category, customer relationship management, and media teams to ensure cohesive execution and manage pre‑launch, quality assurance, and post‑launch monitoring.
  • Monitor site health, identify bugs, and coordinate issue resolution with digital services, information technology, and platform teams. Support testing and rollout of new features and troubleshoot day‑to‑day platform issues while managing ticketing processes.
  • Support exploratory work across emerging marketplace channels such as Tik Tok Shop and adapt product content to platform‑specific requirements. Contribute to future channel strategy by surfacing insights and ensuring cross‑functional alignment and implementation.
  • Analyze merchandising and campaign performance to generate insights and recommendations, including conducting competitive reviews, supporting A/B testing, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Contribute to agentic commerce and generative search readiness through structured data optimization, content improvements, and collaboration with digital shelf and syndication teams.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have acquired 4+ years of experience in direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce, online merchandising, or digital operations, operating as an individual contributor in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, Tik Tok Shop) and familiarity with agentic commerce, generative engine optimization (GEO), structured data optimization, digital shelf management and product syndication preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • You are a solution‑oriented, collaborative team player who excels in regional and global environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving ecommerce channels.
