Tinuiti is a leading independent full‑funnel marketing agency that supports 100% remote work for this role. As a Commerce Media Strategist, you will build, drive, and optimize marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem, developing sophisticated omnichannel strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Responsibilities- Client‑Centric Marketing: Build, drive, and optimize successful Amazon and Walmart DSP marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel to meet and exceed client goals, measured by conversion rates and ROI.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with top–tier clients through effective communication across virtual, asynchronous, and in‑person interactions, aiming for a client satisfaction score of 9 or above and client retention of 95% or above.
- Omnichannel Strategy Development: Develop sophisticated, impactful omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges, ensuring sustainable achievement of growth, retention, and profitability targets.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms, measured by growth in sales volume and brand visibility.
- Product‑Led Activation: Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into channel activations, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency, and measuring success through achievement of key client metrics and channel‑specific success.
- Product Fluency: Demonstrate fluency in Tinuiti’s product app suite by utilizing the tool suite in day‑to‑day work, answering questions, providing feedback, and leveraging the app as a primary method of client communications.
- Data‑Driven Analysis: Analyze cross‑channel data and insights to interpret trends and make strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with clients’ KPIs and the broader commerce media landscape.
- Same‑Store Growth Targets: Achieve same‑store growth targets for clients you manage or support, using data analytics to drive decision‑making and optimize campaign performance.
- Channel Expertise: Maintain expert‑level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms, proactively educating clients and internal colleagues on updates and benefits, and maintain annual certifications for relevant platforms applicable to your book of business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other channel specialists to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a multi‑channel approach to client strategies, tracked by collaboration metrics and knowledge‑sharing outcomes.
- Ownership Mindset: Proactively assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets, tracked by performance metrics and client outcomes.
- Account Ownership: Take ownership of assigned accounts by proactively managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all deliverables are quality‑checked, and consistently monitoring performance to confirm the account is running as intended.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of strategic objectives.
- 5–7 years of experience in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets.
- Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, and related tools; experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, and Helium
10 is preferred. - Strong communication and client‑management skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration, ownership mindset, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to maintain and grow certifications and expertise in relevant commerce media platforms.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000. Additional incentive pay includes a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity (Rev Share) and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
