- Minimum 1 year experience working as a marketing coordinator, project coordinator, account manager, or similar role, plus familiarity with PM tools such as Asana, Hub Spot, Workfront, etc.
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Must have a foundational understanding of how strategy, creative, and analytics intersect to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions, as well as familiarity with the broader sales funnel and how different marketing touch points contribute to business growth
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to recommend future client strategy based on industry trends and best practices

The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain valuable insight into the marketing industry, hone their current skills, develop new skills, and potentially gain full‑time employment after completing the program.

- Creates, assigns, and maintains tasks within project management software to ensure project milestones are met, the creative team understands their assignments, and projects are completed on time and in full
- Provides constructive criticism on marketing materials, including website, graphic design, branding, video, social media, copywriting, and other work, especially as it relates to SEO
- Maintains awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Communicates with clients daily to ensure all of the client's needs are being met
- Takes notes and transfers them to project management software to be used for direction for internal teams
- Organizes, collaborates, and coordinates work between designers, developers, and copywriting teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
After completing the Fellowship Program, Fellows may be asked to continue their tenure in a full‑time role as a Marketing Coordinator with Raborn Media. However, full‑time employment is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on the organization's needs and the Fellow's performance during the program. Full‑time Marketing Coordinators can expect to earn between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, with regular opportunities to increase base pay and receive bonuses.
