Position: Head Landing Pages for DTC Brand (US Based/Remote)

We’re looking for a data-driven Landing Page & Funnel Optimization Manager to own and scale our landing page ecosystem for a fast-growing DTC supplement brand. This role is focused on performance, testing, and continuous optimization across Meta and new native advertising channels. You’ll work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and the ad team to drive conversions and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the existing landing page system for Meta traffic
  • Develop and launch new landing page systems for native advertising channels
  • Collaborate with copywriters to create high-converting landing page content
  • Run the Gladiator LP competition system end-to-end, including:
    • Managing competition cycles
    • Evaluating winners based on performance metrics
    • Extracting learnings and insights
    • Implementing system improvements
  • Act as the single point of contact between landing page production, media buying, and ad teams
  • Continuously analyze performance data and implement CRO improvements
  • Test new funnels, formats, and conversion strategies to improve ROAS and scale campaigns
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in landing page optimization and management
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and direct response marketing
  • Experience working with DTC brands (supplements experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with native advertising platforms
  • Strong copywriting instincts and performance-driven mindset
  • Experience building or managing performance-based landing page or funnel systems
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • DACH market experience is a plus
