Marketing Engagement Partner – Remote
LocationUnited States (Remote; excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
Your RoleIn this position, you will develop new and innovative ways to achieve marketing objectives through data analysis, interpretation, and insight development. You will work on complex projects that require deep marketing knowledge and experience, analyzing marketing performance and finding opportunities for improvement using established marketing and analytical principles. You will lead operational governance activities across assigned Clubs and serve as a matrixed team leader on key initiatives.
Additionally, you will resolve complex operational and marketing challenges through creative and effective solutions that align with and support company objectives.
- Analyze and interpret marketing performance data across Club programs and initiatives to identify trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with analytics resources to collect, validate, and evaluate data to identify performance drivers and implications.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of customer journeys used in marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
- Evaluate targeting, messaging, customer journey, and channel performance to identify enhancement opportunities for Club marketing programs.
- Translate analysis into clear performance summaries, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
- Lead operational governance activities across assigned Clubs, including creative review oversight, workflow compliance, documentation standards, funding governance, and audit readiness.
- Track and monitor Club marketing funding utilization to ensure compliance with Producer Agreements.
- Identify execution risks, process gaps, measurement limitations, and operational issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate partners.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, technology, legal, agency, and Club partners to improve marketing effectiveness and operational execution.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve team processes, operational efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to support insight generation, documentation quality, and operational consistency.
- 6+ years’ experience planning and implementing strategic marketing efforts, customer journey analysis, campaign optimization, operational governance, or complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of functional marketing principles, customer journey concepts, and analytical techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data to identify trends, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to evaluate targeting, messaging, customer journey, and channel performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Cross‑functional influence ability and experience collaborating without direct authority.
- Ability to create, present, and deliver clear and compelling presentations and recommendations.
- Ability to independently lead projects and initiatives of complex scope.
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks, marketing processes, and execution workflows.
- Experience using analytics and AI‑enabled tools to support insight generation and execution effectiveness.
- Highly developed understanding of marketing, brand development, and program implementation.
- Experience leading complex cross‑functional analytical or operational initiatives.
- Actively shapes company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.).
- Lives into cultural norms and is willing to collaborate openly, including using video when appropriate.
- Travels as needed for role, including divisional/team meetings and other in‑person meetings.
- Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time or helping other teams.
