This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing specialist who thrives in a lean, pre-launch environment and is passionate about executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for transforming strategic direction into live, data‑driven ad campaigns, producing compelling creative assets, and optimizing performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
The position requires a proactive, self‑directed marketer with a proven track record in regulated or sensitive categories such as health, supplements, or telehealth, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end creative and campaign process.
- Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Develop and produce ad creative, including static graphics and short‑form video content
- Oversee creative pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new assets for testing and iteration
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize performance and drive conversions
- Report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with brand and strategy teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Maintain compliance with advertising regulations for health and telehealth sectors
- Demonstrated experience managing paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative assets in health, wellness, or regulated industries
- Proficiency in creating static and video ad creatives using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Deep understanding of data‑driven marketing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
- Experience working in fast‑paced, startup, or pre‑launch environments
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
