In this dynamic role, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and industry events that promote advanced high‑voltage solutions, including GIS, circuit breakers, disconnectors, and surge arresters. You will play an important role in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth across utilities, EPCs, industrial sectors, and data center markets.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams, you will help translate technical capabilities into compelling, customer‑focused messaging and campaigns. This is an opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where data‑driven insights, creativity, and industry knowledge come together to deliver measurable impact.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact- Support execution of integrated HV marketing campaigns across channels
- Coordinate digital, email, webinar, social media, and event activities
- Track campaign KPIs including engagement, leads, and conversions
- Maintain dashboards and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Support CRM and marketing automation processes (Salesforce, Eloqua)
- Assist in planning and executing industry events and trade shows
- Align messaging with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Contribute to development of marketing collateral and technical content
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaigns, or events
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua)
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
