This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across major social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with client goals. This role includes managing social media calendars, monitoring channels, engaging with audiences, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, produce reports, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal teams, contributing to broader digital campaigns, staying current on platform updates and trends, and recommending new tactics to enhance clients’ digital presence.
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, channel management, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop clear, engaging, and on-brand content tailored to target audiences and platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and engage with online communities.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) to schedule posts and interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid social, SEO basics, and how social channels support broader marketing goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous agency or multi-client experience is a plus, along with familiarity with A/B testing, creative briefing, and content approval workflows.
