We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Strategist to support our digital growth initiatives across a portfolio of brands. The Social Media Strategist will play a critical role in driving pipeline and lead generation across a portfolio of B2B SaaS brands. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience in paid social execution, in‑platform optimization, and cross‑channel demand generation. They’re equally comfortable pulling performance data and presenting strategic recommendations — and they know how to connect social activity to business outcomes.
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across core platforms (Linked In, Meta, Reddit, etc.) with a focus on driving qualified pipeline and lead generation
- Own in‑platform strategy, execution, and optimization — including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and algorithm‑informed approaches to maximize performance
- Report on channel performance with a demand gen lens, connecting social activity to pipeline metrics, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion outcomes
- Develop experimental strategies and tactics to continually test, learn, and optimize across both existing platforms and emerging channels
- Coordinate cross‑channel campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation, Paid Media, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and full‑funnel coverage
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to provide organic social strategy and recommendations, with the opportunity to expand ownership of that channel over time
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team on a Website Optimization roadmap
- Run A/B and multivariate tests with content, design, and development teams; monitor experiments and translate learnings into roadmap priorities
- Track KPIs including paid social spend efficiency, lead volume, and pipeline contribution — and surface actionable insights to improve campaign performance
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, exec‑ready forma
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years in digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with hands‑on experience in paid social strategy, in‑platform execution, and lead generation
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid social programs that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Experience coordinating across multiple channels and teams to execute integrated demand gen campaigns
- Familiarity with emerging social platforms and a curiosity for testing new formats and channels
- Experience with Hub Spot CMS a plus
- B2B or SaaS experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills — comfortable working with demand gen, content, design, and sales
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to connect social performance to business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Ability to be present at work as the job required
