This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, operations, and campaign execution, supporting the end-to-end coordination of creator partnerships. You will ensure influencer activations run smoothly, from sourcing and onboarding creators to tracking deliverables and managing communications. The position is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, structured workflow management, and the ability to keep multiple campaigns moving simultaneously. You will play a key role in maintaining brand safety, ensuring compliance, and supporting accurate reporting and payments.

Accountabilities
- Identify and vet creators aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring brand safety and suitability for campaign objectives.
- Manage outreach, communication, and ongoing coordination with influencers throughout campaign life cycles.
- Oversee onboarding processes, tracking setup, and maintenance of campaign data accuracy in reporting tools and spreadsheets.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
- Support payment workflows by collecting required documentation and submitting payment requests through designated systems.
- Maintain clean tracking of influencer posts, performance metrics, and usage rights, flagging expiring content where needed.
- Assist in campaign wrap‑up activities, including consolidating links, insights, and performance summaries.
- Provide operational support for paid media and influencer‑driven advertising initiatives.
Candidates should bring strong organizational skills, influencer marketing familiarity, and a detail‑oriented approach to campaign operations.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or related digital marketing roles preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting influencer partnerships, including vetting, onboarding, or campaign coordination.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong ability to manage deadlines, workflows, and multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and campaign management tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer trends, and FTC compliance guidelines.
- Experience with payment platforms (e.g., Lumanu or similar) and influencer tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced, and deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $28.00 to $32.00
