Marketing Manager

Location:

4 Entertainment Group (4EG), located in Cincinnati OH, is looking for a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Manager in our OTR office to competitively position our brands and support our bars in our passion to enhance neighborhoods by creating the most enjoyable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of locations and supervise marketing team members.
  • Hire, train, develop staff and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Edit and oversee social media content calendar and paid advertising.
  • Maintain online reputation, update Wix websites, plan email campaigns.
  • Develop search and display campaigns using Google Ads, manage photography/videography needs.
  • Coordinate operational supplies and execute paid marketing campaigns.
  • Plan special events, coordinate sponsor ships and cross-promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with reporters and bloggers; issue press releases.
  • Update company blog and track/ report on marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze traffic, sales, engagement data; optimize future campaigns.
  • Share results with Operations and Marketing teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, events, and/or communications/public relations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio; familiarity with social media, graphic design tools like Canva; basic print design knowledge.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work under time pressures and financial limits.
  • Effective team coach; cultural leadership and commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
