Sentry is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our performance-driven paid media  this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our B2B e-commerce business line by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels.

** What You'll Do
** As a Digital Media Specialist, you will:
* Lead the launch, execution, and optimization of strategically planned paid media campaigns specifically for our B2B e-commerce business line.
* Manage and optimize campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (e.g., Linked In, Facebook, X), and programmatic advertising platforms.
* Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to refine campaign strategies and maximize ROI.
* Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall business objectives.
* Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the digital paid media landscape.
* Manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets.
* Responsible for campaign performance and ROI growth.
** What it Takes
*** Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 3 years related work experience in digital advertising or project management.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detailed-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Project Management Professional and/or PMI-Agile Certification preferred.
* Programmatic experience highly preferred.
* Marketing agency experience highly preferred.
