Position OverviewTrade With the Pros is seeking a Email Marketing Specialis
t to own and scale our email marketing and lifecycle communication strategy. This role is responsible for building automated customer journeys, member communications, lead nurturing, re‑engagement campaigns, and event marketing - with a primary goal to increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth
This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, thrives in imperfect systems, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage lifecycle email programs across key audience segments.
- Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys that nurture, convert, and retain members.
- Write compelling email copy that educates, increase engagement, and drives action.
- Develop value‑based content that keeps prospects and students engaged throughout their journey.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Manage email deliverability, list health, and CRM best practices.
- Partner with sales, operations, accountability, and marketing teams to support launches, events, and business initiatives.

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Proven ability to write email copy that balances education, engagement, and conversion
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Hub Spot, Go High Level , Active Campaign or similar tools
- Strong understanding of segmentation, audience management, list hygiene, and deliverability
- Experience building, managing, and optimizing automated email sequences from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data‑driven recommendations
- Financial publishing, education, membership, or subscription‑based business experience is a plus
