We’re looking to hire a Coordinator, Platform Programs to join our team and play a key role in how we discover, connect with, and onboard creators into our brand and platform programs. This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates based in or around Nashville, TN
. It is a ground‑floor opportunity on a team that’s growing quickly, using cutting‑edge internal tools to match the right creators with the right opportunities.
- Use our internal tools to search for and identify creators based on client‑provided metrics and creative briefs.
- Manage outreach to prospective creators across platforms.
- Guide creators through onboarding into our platform and brand programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for creators during the intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creator selections align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Track outreach pipelines and program status, flagging blockers and opportunities as they arise.
- Genuine familiarity with the creator landscape across You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram— you know who’s growing and why.
- Strong written communication skills; you’ll be representing Shorthand in outreach to creators.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads and onboarding pipelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment where processes are still being built.
- Attention to detail and a bias toward follow‑through.
- 1–3 years prior work experience.
- Working in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or internal ops platforms.
- A passion for digital content, entertainment, or the creator economy.
This is a full‑time role with a 40‑hour minimum work week. Overtime is available and compensated— but never required.
