LOCATION:
The Associate, Digital Marketing (Affiliate) position is a remote, work‑from‑home role at Acceleration Partners. Candidates residing in MA, NC, IL, CO, AZ, FL, GA, PA, or TX will be considered. Some travel may be required for client or internal meetings and conferences.
THE ROLE:Acceleration Partners seeks an Affiliate Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate to manage the day‑to‑day operations of multiple affiliate programs for a top enterprise client. The role requires 1–4 years of digital marketing or e‑commerce experience; direct affiliate marketing experience is a plus. Responsibilities include affiliate communications, account maintenance (recruitment, newsletters, fraud checks), standard and ad‑hoc reporting (data pulling, manipulation, insights), and identifying process improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership & Accountability – Follow the AP Way of Client Service Methodology, collaborate with peers, propose process improvements, and handle complex matters calmly. Accept 360 feedback from all sources and support firm‑building initiatives.
- Client and Affiliate Communication – Create efficient newsletters, understand client marketing goals, develop relationships via email and calls, and provide timely status updates.
- Reporting – Use Excel proficiently (v‑lookups, pivot tables) to prepare weekly, quarterly, and year‑end reports, analyze data, summarize insights, and identify opportunities or red flags.
- Strategy Execution – Own client tasks with limited supervision, ask questions when needed, prioritize tasks, and inform the account manager of delays.
- Portfolio Management – Manage multiple client campaigns, maintain focus, organize tasks by priority, support peers, and raise key risk concerns proactively.
By 6 months: Execute day‑to‑day affiliate operations, manage reporting, recruitment, assets, and develop new campaign ideas with minimal guidance.
By 1 year: Troubleshoot account issues, propose new campaigns, create efficiencies, and act as a thought leader within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 1–4 years of online marketing, e‑commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
- Knowledge of Affiliate Networks and SaaS Platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.) – a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Availability to travel when needed for conferences and meetings
- Advanced Excel skills (formatting, formulas, custom reports)
- Working knowledge of HTML – a plus
