Account Supervisor or Managing Supervisor – Health & Life Science Communications
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented professional to lead integrated communications for pharmaceutical and health‑care clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute national health media strategies for campaigns, products, and trend stories.
- Support high‑quality campaign launches and opportunistic media programs from conception to placement.
- Manage paid editorial partnerships, including RFP, vetting, briefing, content development, and contract oversight.
- Collaborate on integrated paid partnership social media assets, ensuring compliance with platform and regulatory requirements.
- Execute cross‑functional communications programs (PR, branding, social media, crisis management, media relations) for senior clients.
- Handle day‑to‑day deliverables: content creation, project/account management, and client oversight.
- Develop story ideas and work with media to shape narratives aligned with account objectives.
- Deliver seamless multi‑channel solutions using traditional PR, digital, and social platforms.
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing communications programs, preferably in agency with large pharma or public‑sector clients.
- Experience managing paid product integrations or brand sponsor ships from RFP to AAR, including contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of media, content creation, and the full partnership lifecycle across online, broadcast, and social.
- Energetic self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record handling top‑tier health publications, short‑lead and national broadcast media.
- Ability to coordinate multi‑stream projects and mentor junior staff.
- Excellent written communication, media correspondence, and presentation skills.
- Strategic, results‑focused approach with client‑centric mindset and ability to work in virtual teams.
Hybrid model: flexible office and remote work in accordance with local policy.
Salary ranges:
- Account Supervisor: $61,000 – $94,000
- Managing Supervisor: $71,000 – $125,000
