Core Responsibilities

- lead communications with multiple client teams, orchestrating experiential marketing solutions that will meet all of their departmental goals as part of the program.
- build and maintain excellent internal, client, and partner relationships.
- relay client/project leadership status to Directors/Partners to support ongoing development.
- help design, present, and implement comprehensive experiential and production strategies for clients based on their marketing and business objectives.
- regularly prepare for, attend, and lead meetings and activations with Sr. level clients
- present strategies and creative in various formats (stand‑up, in‑person, digital, etc.)
- source and meet with production partners, and assist them in bringing clients’ visions to life.
- work closely with the account leadership in supporting and growing client and partner relationships while executing actionable and measurable plans that help us prove our value.
- diligently review and analyze key program data against your/our measurement plans, including ROI, KPIs, financials, and team performance.
- intimately and effectively build and manage project financials (budgets, cashflows, P&Ls, etc.)
- responsible for managing multi‑million dollar budgets, and agency profitability.
- work as part of the clients’ creative, strategy, and finance teams to ensure brand consistency.
- implementation and verification of accurate client creative is critical to activation success.
- holistically design, lead, and execute experiential and content production projects, soup to nuts.
- require solid understanding and ability to strategically lead physical buildouts and activation footprint/consumer journey blueprints.
- attend events to learn about, launch, and ensure that we’re delivering on project objectives.
- this role reports to Account Directors and agency Partners.
- 7‑10 years of experience on the Account/Production team at advertising/marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding and passion for the experiential industry, and the production process.
- A passion for creativity, integrity, and developing/implementing new strategies for clients.
- Experience with managing multi‑million dollar budgets and complex project plans.
- Strong and proven skills in managing financial documents (budgets, cash flows, P&Ls, etc.)
- Strong and proven skills in cross‑managing multiple work streams and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful activations for clients.
- Must have experience, comfort, and a desire to work with senior level clients.
- Ability to build and present complex information to clients in a succinct and clear manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (live and digital).
- Will be asked to present existing work as part of the final interview.
- Ability to work well independently and in small or large groups, with 5+ years experience managing staff (Account Managers, Coordinators, Executives, Interns, Freelancers, Tour Staff).
- Experience leading project management tactics and account stewardship practices.
- Excellent familiarization with standard computer applications (PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Basecamp/Asana, Zoom/Teams, etc.)
- Proven ability to build, track, and successfully lead staff development plans.
- Ability to travel, often without much notice, is important to the success of this role, along with:
- An inherent passion for traveling, hosting, and planning.
- Ability to work remotely during travel and across timezones to accommodate diverse teams.
- Ability to legally travel locally, nationally, and internationally.
Located within a 30‑minute commute of downtown Denver, Colorado.
Travel is required, sometime for up to 15% of time.
Salary Range and Benefits- Competitive salary with annual bonus potential (salary range: $85k - $100k)

- Flexible working hours with some travel to the Denver office for collaboration and team meetings likely required.
- Currently, employees can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, but are asked to be in the office to collaborate and have team meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- The office is available to employees all days of the week as desired/needed.
- Unlimited Paid Time Off provided client coverage and work timelines are managed.
