Marketing Manager IIJob Description
The Marketing Manager II is responsible for generating enrollments for all B2B and B2C customer segments through profitable investments in all channels. This role is a critical member of the Marketing team and will work closely with marketing operations, creative, brand, and Content, and various agencies to continuously improve enrollments performance.
Responsibilities- Build and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing plans, including paid media, organic, and social.
- Develop B2C go‑to‑market plans to support product releases and launches.
- Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics.
- Drive end‑to‑end quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead & pipeline forecasts for your channels.
- Partner with the marketing team to build reporting capabilities, refine brand positioning, develop breakthrough creative, and improve processes and tools.
- Design and execute various methods for customer research and customer insights.
- Diversify media mix by launching newly onboarded vendors and help to research new vendors/platforms.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, technology, and operations to continuously improve enrollments volume.
- Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
- Perform regular and predictable attendance and other job‑related duties as may be assigned.
- 4+ years of demand generation, customer acquisition for high‑growth companies.
- Power‑user of the key digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficient with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio and Optimize.
- Proficient with email service providers like Send Grid, Marketo and Get Response.
- Exceptional quantitative and problem‑solving skills; ability to analyze data, overcome data noise, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Develop and execute tactics to promote the brand to increase app downloads and website traffic.
- Strong communicator that can efficiently communicate takeaways and insights to drive improvements.
- Experienced in B2C marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, comfortable with a fast‑paced environment.

Position Details: Full‑time, salaried position (40+ hours/week) working a hybrid schedule. Remote/Work from Home on Mondays and Fridays; in‑office days are Tuesday through Thursday at our Temecula, CA office. Fully remote arrangements are not available. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of Temecula, CA.
Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California is a minimum of $73,000 to a maximum of $90,000 annually.
