Senior Manager – Paid Search

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid search campaigns, including strategic planning, launch, and operational management.
• Partner with day‑to‑day clients and client‑side subject matter experts to strategize and present new optimization or testing opportunities.
• Interact and communicate with clients via email or phone, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead a team of paid search marketers: provide guidance, set objectives, and foster professional development. Offer timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members’ goals and tasks, conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, and maintain adherence to scorecard tasks.
• Effectively manage daily budget tracking and implement bid‑rule strategies for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, optimizing bids regularly.
• Actively engage in testing keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and third‑party tools to enhance campaign performance.
• Provide complete support for paid search campaigns, encompassing account setup, strategy development, organization, and tactical execution.
• Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools daily to track campaign results, conduct data analysis, and present findings in weekly client calls.
• Ensure frequent internal communication and integration with other channel leaders working on the same client to identify cross‑channel impacts and determine appropriate next steps.

• 7–10 years of experience in paid search roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with budgets of $1million or more.
• 2–3 years of team‑management experience preferred.
• Possession of a Google Ads Search Certification (other relevant certifications such as Display, Video, App, and/or Shopping are advantageous).
• Experience managing and overseeing campaign types beyond paid search, including PMAX (additional advantage if experienced with Display, Video, App, Shopping, Demand Gen, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

• Salaried: $105,000 – $125,000, with an incentive pay program (Rev Share) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
