• Performance‑driven: hands‑on managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Linked In, and Meta, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Analytical: think beyond standard KPIs, using website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights.
• Detail‑oriented: manage budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision.
• Experiment‑driven: continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
