Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Job Summary:

Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join our International Marketing team. The Senior Brand Manager will manage a portfolio of Corporate brands, including Hero, Nair, APDEO, First Response, and Curash, and contribute to global brand strategies and new product launch opportunities.

• Strategy
  :
  Lead the development of global brand growth strategies including geographic expansion, profitability improvement, competitive defense plans, and evaluation of white space and future M&A opportunities. Ensure 3‑Year Strategic Plans and Brand Playbooks are developed, aligned, and adopted.
• New Product / Claim Pipeline Development
  :
  Partner with subsidiary marketers and the GNPi team to identify global new product/claim needs, support launch execution, track roll‑out and performance against goals.
• Equity Stewardship
  :
  Develop global brand footprints, maintain Global Brand Books and Brand Essence, review creative briefs and brand copy for consistency, share best practices, and oversee packaging development for global consistency.

• Hybrid work preferred: based in Ewing, NJ with in‑person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
• Remote option available with occasional in‑person attendance as business needs dictate.
• Expectations: 3 in‑office days per week, 10‑20% international travel.

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 5‑7 years of marketing experience required.
• CPG/FMCG experience with international market exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills; additional language proficiency preferred.

• Base salary: $130,200 – $185,400 (U.S.).
• Eligible for bonus.
