The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand growth and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating marketing strategies, performing market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and staying updated on industry trends. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Zeeland, MI, with opportunities for partial remote work.
Qualifications- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research experience
- Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Content Creation skills
- Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation abilities
- Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and CRM experience
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building products or similar industry
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
