Role & Responsibilities

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Hours

IST: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM

(Monday to Friday)

• Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
• Generate leads and onboard new businesses to the CTC platform.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Promote listings, services, and advertising opportunities.
• Create basic marketing content using Canva.
• Manage and support Instagram marketing campaigns.
• Maintain daily call logs and lead tracking reports.
• Build relationships with businesses and community members.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.

• Experience with lead generation and sales.
• Social media marketing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or Excel for lead tracking.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or lead generation preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Canva and Instagram marketing
  .
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.

• Own laptop or desktop computer.
• High-speed and reliable internet connection.
• Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
