Associate Paid Search Specialist

The Associate Paid Search Specialist is responsible for executing effective paid search strategies across the agency's client base. This individual possesses experience in campaign management and paid search strategy, having hands-on experience with search platforms such as Google, Bing, You Tube, and Amazon. They excel in quality assurance of search campaigns, are familiar with emerging search trends and partnerships, and ideally have experience working within an agency environment.

• Manage assigned existing paid search campaigns on a day-to-day basis
• Collaborate with senior resources to optimize campaigns based on performance goals and the measurement framework
• Document changes and learnings to improve campaign performance

• Conduct quality assurance for paid search campaigns for a select set of clients, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail

• Actively learn and contribute to keyword analysis, craft compelling ad copy, and analyze, review, and report on campaign performance to maximize results.
• Stay updated on paid search best practices, bid management systems, and industry research
• Take responsibility for maintaining up-to-date process documentation
• Assist senior resources in establishing organization-wide paid search best practices, guidelines, objectives, and documented regulations
• Seek opportunities to contribute to thought leadership materials such as blog posts, white papers, and speaking engagements

• EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• EXPERIENCE –
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing campaigns in the paid search ecosystem
• Exposure to strategic planning and experience in executing plans
• Proven track record of operating with high integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm for roles with cross-functional commitments

Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $45,000 – $54,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
