Description
We seek a candidate to work within the Global Consumer Marketing team to support the strategy, concept, design, and activation of programs at global scale. This role requires a digitally savvy hybrid thinker from the worlds of marketing, communications planning, 360 experience design, strategy, and content.
Responsibilities and Scope- The Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM) Team leads global campaign strategy and development. Champions consumer voice and brand equity end to end. Inspires big ideas and marketing activation that solve for our business needs to drive awareness, trust, and growth as we strive for new levels of luxury and desirability.
- Ownership of consumer messaging narrative. GTM is the owner of the campaign messaging – insight, new product feature, benefits and claims, results on skin, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Consumer Insights.
- Works with the Global and Regional cross-functional teams to connect consumer, cultural and channel insights to fuel ground‑breaking campaigns and exceptional experiences that drive the Region's business.
- The hub of global marketing activity on NPLs from 360 Brief, working with Creative and Ops, cascading strategic information and feedback, organizing timeline plans, setting expectations. (S/M/L programs).
- Oversee growth and development of assistant managers.
- Own 360 Creative brief and GTM strategy, Checklist delivery, Campaign Launch Books, Post Campaign Analysis for Large and Medium Size programs.
- Optimize the Campaign Launch Books per regional feedback and performance.
- Collaborate with Shanghai (JKC).
- You have previous experience writing brand strategies that are insightful, convincing, and inspiring. Your briefs will persuade others to believe in our products and in our strategies.
- You are an insights-driven marketer who can dig deep into global culture and the hearts and minds of our consumers to inspire the team to create ground‑breaking, exceptional work that drives our business.
- Your always-learning mindset enables you to stay on the pulse of key global cultural trends and technologies.
- You think in 360 terms and consider how an idea needs to translate through a brand's entire ecosystem.
