Your ResponsibilitiesUnder the responsibility of the Marketing & Communication Representative, you will be responsible for participating in the deployment of offline media campaigns (TV, radio, display, press), press relations, influence, and corporate communication of our various brands for the France subsidiary. Your role will focus on the deployment of various projects and coordination with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, regulatory…) and external agencies (media).
OfflineMedia Activations
- Participate in the implementation of TV, radio, press, and display media campaigns: brief, planning, follow-up, and evaluation in coordination with media agencies
- Ensure good coordination between external media agencies and internal marketing teams for the delivery of communication assets
- In charge of post-test measurement of our campaigns
- Share results and learnings with dedicated stakeholders (local, global) during associated evaluations.
- Participate in the writing of influencer briefs, selection of profiles, and validation of contents
- Daily management of influencer needs (product sends, briefs, reporting, specific requests)
- Ensure, with the media & communication representative, the good execution of speeches and respect of the brand image
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to internal teams
- Participate in the deployment of press relations tools: brief, planning, follow-up, and evaluation in coordination with media agencies
- Ensure the conformity of assets and make the link with the agency as well as with internal stakeholders
- Participate in the animation of the Biocodex Linked In account (editorial calendar, post writing, coordination with internal and global teams)
- Contribute to the development of Biocodex.fr site: contents, news, visuals…
- Contribute to the development of other corporate tools (corporate presentations for subsidiaries…)
Support of your n+1 on offline and online media campaigns for healthcare professionals

Your Profile- You are preparing a one-year internship master's degree with a specialization in communication/media.
- You ideally have first experience in agency, press relations, public relations, or media, acquired through a stage or an internship, and are now looking for interesting missions that will allow you to develop your knowledge in the field.
- Rigorous, curious, you know how to work in a team and are recognized for your commitment and sense of communication.
- You master the Office Pack. Knowledge of digital marketing software (wordpress) is a plus or graphic tools (Canva…).
- You have a good level of English.
