ECommerce Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement strategies for Amazon, social eComm, and retail media campaigns, managing relationships with agencies to optimize ad performance and meet budget targets.
• Oversee paid social advertising efforts on platforms like Meta and Tik Tok, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Coordinate with leadership on SKU prioritization and product listing optimization to maximize conversion and margins.
• Manage budget forecasting, campaign pacing, and performance reporting, establishing key performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams, evaluate new media channels, and recommend opportunities to expand and improve advertising initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce.
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon ads and expertise in ACOS and TACOS metrics.
• Proficiency in executing campaigns on Meta and Tik Tok platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and tell compelling stories.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences and experience managing advertising budgets.
