Position: (Remote) Field Marketing Manager - North America
Location: New York

i2 Group, a division of Harris, seeks a Field & Demand Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of regional marketing programs that drive engagement, generate qualified pipeline, and support regional growth objectives. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US with approximately 20% travel required. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Demand Generation
    • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global priorities.
    • Deliver integrated programs combining digital campaigns, events, and content.
    • Support pipeline generation through targeted campaigns and engagement initiatives.
    • Localise global campaigns for regional relevance and effectiveness.
  • Account‑Based Marketing
    • Support and execute initiatives targeting priority accounts with Sales and Business Development.
    • Contribute to tailored activities for key accounts, including events and digital engagement.
    • Monitor engagement levels and optimize marketing activity.
  • Regional Events and Industry Engagement
    • Plan and deliver regional marketing events, conferences, and round tables.
    • Ensure alignment with broader campaigns to support pipeline generation.
    • Collaborate with Internal and Partner Marketing Manager to meet global event standards.
  • Sales Alignment and Partner Collaboration
    • Partner closely with regional Sales teams for key opportunities.
    • Support partner and alliance marketing initiatives with channel partners.
    • Lead joint marketing activities where relevant and facilitate effective lead follow‑up.
  • Campaign Performance and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on campaign engagement and pipeline contribution.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations for accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Use performance insights to optimise ongoing programs.
  • Customer and Market Engagement
    • Strengthen engagement with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
    • Develop customer stories and reference materials with Product Marketing.
    • Gather market feedback to inform future activity.
  • Key Stakeholders
    • Global Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Teams, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, Digital Team, Internal and Partner Marketing Manager, Business Development Representatives.
  • Key Measures of Success
    • Marketing‑sourced and
      -influenced pipeline contribution.
    • Effectiveness of campaigns and events.
    • Engagement within target accounts.
    • Collaboration with Sales teams and timely delivery of programs.
Scope of Authority

Responsible for executing regional marketing programs aligned with global strategy, recommending activities within agreed plans and budgets, and supporting pipeline generation and regional performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing within technology, software, or data‑driven environments.
  • Track record of delivering integrated campaigns and regional programs.
  • Proficiency in field marketing activities, events, and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with demand generation and account‑based marketing approaches.
  • Strong organisational, project management, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Marketo (desirable).
